Halloween bookmarks inside 🧶🎃

Hello!

How are you? Crafting much?

We’ve had a bit of sweater weather recently, so I’m doing great! I also have a long car ride later this week — you know what that means! 🧶🧶🧶 I don’t even know what project to bring! It’s glorious!

Pretty soon, I’m going to start doing some tech editing for newer knit designers. So, if you’ve been sitting on your first knitting pattern because you’re afraid to send it out into the world, reply and let me know where you’re at.

All the nerdy details involved in perfecting a pattern get me excited! I can’t wait to help new designers publish patterns that are freakishly organized and clear. Their fans will leave reviews like “I can’t believe this is their first pattern! It’s perfectly written and easy to follow!” 🤣🤪 I’m about to use my knit-picky attention to detail as a super power! 💪🏻 You could say I’m a little excited about it. I’ll keep you posted.

Guess what else? I made you something!

In months that have 5 Mondays, I always make you some fun thing to download (starting now! 🤣🤪). This time it’s a set of knitting-themed Halloween bookmarks to print! You can download it here 👉🏻 Halloween knit bookmarks.pdf

I hope you think they’re cute! You should probably print some and cut them out in case you get a rush of knitters trick-or-treating on Halloween! 🤣

3 cool things:

I started my skeleton collection! I definitely need to get more next year! Can you see 2 on the house and one in the yard?

All my hand knit socks are ready for the season! I knit all of them in one year, probably 12-15 years ago. As long as I can make them last, I have no intention of knitting more! 🤣🤣🤣

Look how cute this turned out! I didn’t even get the wax out after the candle was done! 🤪 I just added dirt, rocks, and chicks & hens! I hope they survive!

Hello! How are you? I’m so excited to show you something I did in Reno! I got to go to Jimmy Beans Wool! While my husband was doing conferencey things, a friend of mine who lives there took me yarn shopping! I was so awestruck I didn’t even play this claw machine! Looking at the picture now, I’m like “why didn’t I even try?” I guess I’ll have to go back next year. With a big ol’ bag of quarters! I did manage to find some yarn! The two on top are going to be a Kraken hat, so stay tuned for...

Hello!!! How are you!?! As I type this, I’m waiting for UPS to show up with my Bruno stickers. I can’t wait to see them! Speaking of stickers, I finally got all of my stickers up on Etsy! It feels good to have it done. Of course, when I started making knitting stickers, it was because I wanted them. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the search data and found that pretty much nobody else is looking for them. 🤣🤪😭 Maybe you need stickers for every knitter you’ve ever met…? 😂🤣😂 My holiday...
